Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program
Elizabeth Downs Primary School was not only one of the first 10 SA schools to join the National Program, but was proud to be chosen as the South Australian Demonstration School. We have a beautiful, productive and artistic 1300sqm garden that leads into a home-style 5- workstation kitchen with a dining area, and the weekly garden and kitchen classes for Years 3-7 link back into our whole curriculum. We are excited about the opportunities for learning in these areas, led by our excellent Specialist staff.
